This vigorous, yet accessible Vinyasa flow class will explore creative, fluid movement combined with purposeful holds in a variety of poses with a deep respect for detailed alignment and the breath. 

Vinyasa practice featuring more movement than slow flow.  Expect lots of sun salutations to spark up your practice! This class incorporates some added difficulty with options for more advanced poses. 

Power yoga flow designed to challenge your regular flow. Lots of opportunities to incorporate more difficult variations of the poses you already know. 

Yin yoga is slow-paced where poses are held to longer lengths. Very beneficial in targeting deep connective tissues.

This class allows students to experience a duality of movement beginning with yang. This portion of class is an active flow with a quicker pace to build heat and move energetically. Half way through class, students shift into yin where a slower pace is encouraged along with poses that encourage a deep restorative stretch held for a longer length of time.

Kids yoga is a 6 week program developed to enhance your child's ability to destress and to develop mindfulness they can apply to every facet of their life. Children who attend this program leave our session with heightened self awareness and strategies to allow them to be present in their lives.  Yoga practice and meditation are key elements of this program.
